1. Terms of Use

By accessing and registering on the Internpark placement tracking portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use the system, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete contact and academic details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account password. Unauthorized sharing of user accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Registration Fees

A non-refundable application fee of ₹500.00 is charged to students upon submission of their internship proposals. All fees are processed through safe third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). The institute reserves the right to alter payment slabs based on duration rules.

4. Internship Conduct & Auditing

Students agree to log correct and true daily activities, work logs, and check-in/out attendance metrics. Falsification of attendance logs or completion reports will lead to immediate cancellation of internship credits and disciplinary actions.

5. Termination of Usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user profiles that violate these terms, engage in transaction fraud, or interfere with system networks.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
